Our principles

Code of Ethics

Last updated: 24.09.2026

Unlike the Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions, this document is not a legally binding text — it describes the values and principles behind our work at Ashley Shapes Atelier, and the standards we hold ourselves to in our relationship with every client.

1. Dignity and respect

Every client enters the atelier with a different body, story and goals. We treat everyone with respect, without judgement of physical shape, age, origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion or any other personal characteristic. Discrimination and harassment of any kind are not tolerated — neither from our team nor between clients.

2. Consent and physical contact

3. Privacy

Everything a client shares with an instructor — health information, personal circumstances, reasons for visiting — is treated as confidential and is not discussed with third parties without consent, unless the law requires otherwise. The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Safety first

5. Professionalism of the team

6. The atelier space

7. Photos and sharing on social media

If we wish to photograph or share a photo/video from a session for the Website gallery or our social media, we will ask for the explicit consent of the client concerned beforehand. A client who does not wish to be photographed simply needs to let us know — their preference is respected without question.

8. Cancellation and respect for others’ time

Because our groups are small (up to 7 people), arriving late, not showing up or cancelling late takes the place of another client. We ask for cancellation at least 12 hours in advance — see our cancellation policy in the Terms & Conditions.

9. Feedback and resolving problems

If something does not meet your expectations — a class, an instructor or the experience in the atelier — we want to know. Write to us directly at info@ashleyshapes.com or +359 888 084 855; we take every report seriously and with the intention of resolving it.

10. Changes to the code

This code may be supplemented as the studio develops. The current version is always available on this page.
