These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between АШЛИ ШЕЙПС ЕООД (ASHLEY SHAPES EOOD), company ID (EIK) 208609440 (hereinafter the “company”, “we”, “us”), and the users of the website ashleyshapes.com (hereinafter the “Website”) and/or the clients of the Ashley Shapes Atelier studio. By using the Website or booking a session with us, you accept these terms.

2. What we offer

Ashley Shapes Atelier is a boutique reformer pilates studio in Sofia, offering group classes (small groups of up to 7 people) and private (1:1) sessions at two locations. Information on the Website about classes, instructors, prices and availability is for information purposes only and may change.

3. Booking sessions

• Sessions are booked through the system of our partner Reservation.Studio, available directly on the Website or on their website. The booking, confirmation and processing of booking data are governed by the terms and conditions of Reservation.Studio.
• Booking through their platform does not require advance online payment — sessions are paid for at the studio, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Cancellation: a booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of the class. For later cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to charge the class fee or deduct a visit from a purchased package.
• Available time slots shown in the booking system are updated in real time by Reservation.Studio and are not guaranteed by us until a confirmation is received.

4. Packages, memberships and prices

Prices on the Website are in euros (€) and are current as of the date of publication; they may be changed without notice.

5. Right of withdrawal from distance contracts

Under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from contracts concluded at a distance. For services related to leisure activities (such as a pilates class), where the contract/booking specifies a particular date and time of performance, this right does not apply under Art. 57, item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act. Instead, our cancellation policy under section 3 above applies.

6. Health, safety and personal responsibility

• Reformer pilates training is physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury, as with any physical exercise.
• We recommend consulting your doctor before starting a training programme, especially in case of pregnancy, recent surgery, a chronic condition or an injury.
• The client must inform the instructor of any health problems, injuries or limitations before the session begins.
• Participation in classes and sessions is voluntary and at the client’s own risk. The company is not liable for injuries resulting from an undisclosed health condition or from failure to follow the instructor’s directions.

7. Liability of the company

We take care that the information on the Website is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the Website will be continuously available or error-free. We are not liable for damages arising from temporary unavailability of the Website, third-party services (e.g. Reservation.Studio) or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

8. Intellectual property

The content of the Website — texts, photos, logo, design — is the property of the company or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and related rights law. Reproduction or use without express consent is not permitted.

9. User obligations

When using the Website and booking sessions, you undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information, not to use the Website in a way that could harm the company or third parties, and to follow the studio’s rules during your visit.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. In case of a dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the competent jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts applies. As a consumer, you can also refer a dispute to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, as well as to the Consumer Protection Commission (KZP):

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on this page. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
